Shirley is a Hong Kong registered speech language therapist. Prior to establishing SpeechUp, Shirley worked as a senior speech therapist in a child rehabilitation clinic and a child education consultation center in Shanghai.
Shirley is specialised in assessment and treatment for children with language delay, speech sound disorder, autism spectrum disorder, stuttering and selective mutism.
Shirley aims to provide teachers and parents ways to support a child’s speech language difficulties by delivering individualized treatment plan and sharing strategies to help optimise the efficacy of speech therapy. Shirley is also strongly passionate about promoting the notion of early diagnosis, early intervention and better improvement for childhood development.

Zibiah Ho 何愷寧

Zibiah is a Registered Social Worker licensed by the Hong Kong Social Workers Registration Board. She specializes in providing counseling, case management and therapeutic group to individual and family. Zibiah believes in taking a personalized and holistic approach rooted in the values of empathy and respect to her clients, considering their individual needs and strengths. She works collaboratively with her clients to gain insight and awareness into their issues, ultimately enhancing their mental health wellness.
Zibiah is also passionate about working with neurodivergent children such as those with Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. She has experience working with children from pre-school to secondary school and has expertise in teaching social skill groups and music playgroup with therapeutic elements such as Play therapy and Expressive Art therapy. Since 2004, Cynthia has been focusing on special education and has built up extensive practical experience. Since 2011, She has specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working on assessments and direct teaching and intervention for children and adolescents with Autism and other special needs.
Cynthia actively promotes special education and general teacher training, advances strategies for early childhood education and family behavior management, and provides parent behavior intervention consultations and home-based guidance, emphasizing the importance of family support. Cynthia advocates for improving environmental conditions to enhance individual behavior and promote social integration, with a particular focus on the role of generalization training in maintaining learning outcomes across different settings. She has also served as a practical mentor in the Rehabilitation Science Department at East China Normal University, guiding students in practical operations and skill development.
自2004年起,Cynthia 专注于特殊教育,积累了丰富的实践经验。自2011年起,她专攻应用行为分析(ABA),针对自闭症和其他有特殊需要的儿童及⻘少年展开评估和直接的教学与干预。

Jing is a licensed occupational therapist specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorder evaluation and intervention. She is specialized in clients with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, and Learning Disability. She specializes in blending sensory integration approaches, therapeutic artistic activities, and DIR®/FloortimeTM Approach.
Jing is certified in DIR/Floortime training and USC/Western Psychological Services (WPS) Comprehensive Program in Sensory Integration/Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests (SIPT®). She has extensive training including DIR®/Floortime®, NDT, social skills techniques, executive function, Circle of Security® and kids yoga IKYA®. She specializes in blending sensory integration approaches, therapeutic artistic activities, and DIR®/FloortimeTM Approach. With a background in both behavioral and speech-language therapy, Becky has worked as a therapist in hospitals and schools in Taiwan, as well as in pediatric rehabilitation clinics in Shanghai.
Becky worked in the field of speech therapy, and then further studied in behavioral therapy (ABA). She believes that while speech therapy improves speech, language and social skills, behavioral therapy helps children learn and cope with emotional and behavioral difficulties more efficiently. She is dedicated to integrating and transforming these skills to empower families. By working with parents as a team, she helps children to better acquire communication in their daily activities.

Alice Li 李坤梅

Alice specializes in working with individuals experiencing Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorders, Substance Use, and Behavioral Addictions. In her clinical practice, she primarily employs Family Therapy and CBT, with a focus on family dynamics, parent-child conflicts, marital and couple issues, and academic disengagement in adolescents.
Alice holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from City University of Hong Kong and is a member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA) and the Marriage and Family Division of the Shanghai Psychological Society. She has accumulated over 1,500 hours of individual therapy, 500 hours of family therapy, and 1,000 hours of group therapy, supported by more than eight years of intensive clinical training. Her training spans a wide range of long-term and specialized programs in family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and interpersonal therapy (IPT). She continues to engage in personal therapy and professional supervision on a regular basis. Sherry is good at interacting with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Sensory Processing Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Also, Sherry is good at combining play therapy with sensory processing activities, analyzing children’s interests and hobbies to design suitable activities.
Before joining SpeechUp, Sherry worked as an occupational therapist in a Shanghai children’s medical institution and participated in the translation of the third edition of Sensory Integration: Theory and Practice. Sherry has rich intervention experience in fine motor skills, early childhood transition, Chinese and English handwriting, sensory processing and executive function.
Sherry擅⻓与孤独症谱系障碍、整体发育迟缓、感觉处理障碍和注意力缺陷多重障碍的儿童相处互动。Sherry擅⻓将游戏治疗和感觉处理活动相结合,分析儿童的兴趣爱好设计适合的活动。
在加入 SpeechUp 晞宇之前,Sherry曾在一家上海儿童医疗机构担任作业治疗师,曾参与《感觉统合理论与实践》第三版中文版的翻译工作。在精细运动、幼小衔接、中英文书写、 感觉处理和执行功能等方面,Sherry有着丰富的干预经验。
